What can I expect during an appointment?

Expect to feel accepted and to be heard. Each appointment is meaningful. It will be in a quiet and comfortable setting and you will have privacy and feel at home. Sessions are one hour in length unless it is discussed prior to the appointment that it may be longer.

What should I wear?

Wear very comfortable clothing. For acupuncture, please wear clothing that allows your legs and arms to be accessible. Shorts and a short sleeve shirt are perfect. It is important that clothing does not cut off circulation so wear clothing that does not need to be rolled up or pushed up on your limbs. For hypnotherapy and health/life coaching, wear what you like and for assisted stretching, wear loose clothing that can easily move about your body and not restrict movement in any way. Leggings are fine as long as they too allow plenty of movement.

How many sessions will it take?

This is impossible to predict until after the first appointment, but be assured, most clients need 1-2 appointments, depending on what changes are desired.

How much do sessions cost?

The cost of each session is personal and depends on several factors which will be discussed during the initial consultation and booking. There is a booking fee of 50% of the session fee at the time of booking. Rescheduling is never a problem and requires a 24 hour notice. If the notice is less than 24 hours or you cannot make your appointment time, the booking fee is forfeited. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, that is never a problem. Life happens. The booking fee is then applied to the new appointment and the remainder of the amount is required after the first session.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance is not accepted at this time. Payment can be made with Venmo, cash, or money order. I do not accept credit cards or Paypal.
