Using natural therapies to unlock, redirect, and manage your mind/body connection, you can experience good health, balance, and vitality. This all starts with focusing on the root causes. Once those are discovered, by listening to the clues that your body and mind are giving, I will give to you your very best life.

Get to Know Me

I have been practicing wellness in the state of Virginia for over 25 years. I am a certified acupuncturist, hypnotherapist, nutritionist, personal trainer, and health and life coach as well as an assisted stretch coach. My passion is vibrant health and my calling and purpose is helping others achieve this for themselves. I believe good health is multi-faceted and is managed easily through knowledge, understanding, and commitment to one's self. In my personal life, I enjoy weight training, aerial fitness, crocheting, reading, gardening, hiking, and volunteering in my community.

Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to safely harmonize the body, regenerate tissues, facilitate healing, alleviate swelling, reduce pain, and relax the mind. It can also assist with curing psychological issues, negative emotions, insomnia, allergies, cravings, and addictions. It calms the nervous system and activates your body's own healing networks internally in order to correct and balance every system. It is performed in a quiet, and calm setting and is a one hour session.

Hypnotherapy uses guided imagery, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness to achieve great success with fear, addiction, stress, confidence, pain, eating disorders, smoking cessation, fear of flying, claustrophobia, heights, driving, weight management, and many other challenges we face. This therapy is about opening the door to your subconscious mind, which is that place where your strength truly lies, and aligning it with the conscious mind, thus creating the changes that you desire and living the life you deserve. This session is one hour.

Assisted stretching can assist with the slowing of aging. Thanks to our modern lifestyle, we lose flexibility at the rate of 2% per year after the age of 30. Over time, the micro-stress on muscles can "glue" them together and this tightens our body and restricts movement. This snowballs into limited range of motion, pain, and susceptibility to injury. Allow me to isolate individual muscles and unwrap that stranglehold on your posture and valuable energy. Proper stretching slows down the aging process and you will feel younger by improving circulation and increasing range of motion. This session is one hour.

Health/Life Coaching gives you your own personal cheerleader, guide, and partner. By implementing lifestyle change and creating easy and thoughtful balance, you can release bad habits and adopt new and healthier ones. The six key areas are: stress, smoking and/or food issues, nutrition, sleep, activity, and time management. Don't feel overwhelmed, construct a plan for lifetime. This session is one hour.
